time & distance are guesstimate. started at quail hill to bommer to el Moro then a little out & back then a hot lap around the Q to finish things off. I felt the last little section of the climb to make it to the top of Newport Coast. felt pretty good on the mountain bike. switch backs weren't hard. I did think my seat felt a little high so I lowered it after the ride. definitely have to drop more weight & increase the power. most of the climbing was in the easiest gear & legs were feeling it towards the end.

easy gym bike felt tired this morning. Got the Mtb bike ready last night to ride this morning and ended up sleeping in and legs felt a little tired from yesterdays ride.
