time & distance are guesstimate. started at quail hill to bommer to el Moro then a little out & back then a hot lap around the Q to finish things off. I felt the last little section of the climb to make it to the top of Newport Coast. felt pretty good on the mountain bike. switch backs weren't hard. I did think my seat felt a little high so I lowered it after the ride. definitely have to drop more weight & increase the power. most of the climbing was in the easiest gear & legs were feeling it towards the end.
