distance, time & climbing are guesstimate. I am going to have to start wearing the Garmin. ride from the Q up to ridge park through bommer then met Chad. rode with him & did his loop which I think he said was about 2400 ft of climbing. then headed back. once I new I was heading home I started to ride hard, all big ring since I new I wasn't going to blow up anymore! Lol. gaining confidence & strength & endurance with every ride. but man this ride really took it out of me. my legs are shot & my body feels tired!

decided to do a spin class today. Wow was it loud in there, I had headphones on and I couldn't even hear with the music blasting and the instructor yelling through the mic. I was sweating so much I had puddles underneath me. I looked around and I seemed to be the only one besides the instructor that was actually sweating. I was drenched. I mostly did my own thing with a couple pick ups here and there when the instructo was yelling at me. If there is a next time I am going to yell back and say, "On your Left!!! I said, On Your Left!!!" LOL
