Mt. Biking 2:10:00 [3] 23.0 mi (10.6 mph) +3500ft
Well did the same ride as last week but then I added an out and back and then after I got back to the car I did a hot loop of the Q. The loop felt much better this week and I rode much faster! The climbing is coming easier and I am recovering faster. Also feeling more comfortable on the MTB. There are a bunch of Yahoos out on the MTB as well. All these guys are funny. They were all blowing up at the end of the climbs! I think next week I will either do two loops of Chad's loop or do his loop and then head down Willow and Climb it. Felling good. (Distance and Climbing is Guesstimate) But time is accurate.
