decided to try to meet up with Chad on PCH. Went south and then found him just after the Montage and before Dana Point. then rode back with him. Felt better today. But those climbs were a little hard as I am still heavy. The power is coming back. I was holding good power on the way home.

I feel like I am getting sick. Had a slight cough last night and a little worse this morning. Just checked my temp a little while ago and now I have a slight fever. hopefully I won't get the full blown flu!

gym bike, felt stronger on the bike today. I am able to hold more power for longer without the heart rate drifting. The fitness is coming back.
