bike 1:47:00 [3] 30.5 mi (17.1 mph)

windy ride seemed to have gotten windier as the ride went on. legs felt tired at first then a little better at the 30min and again at the 45min mark then normal at the 1hr mark. I am slowly making improvements on the bike.

bike 2:32:00 [3] 45.0 mi (17.8 mph)

Grabbed the wheel of since surf city guys towards the end. They were moving. Then did another little interval at the end. Felt tired for about the first hour. Probably needed to get calories in before the ride. But need to drop the weight. Hr not drifting as fast but still drifting. On the good side it is recovering much faster.

took out the loop just a little further. legs were a little tired from yesterday's lifting. I went just a little heavier on the squats and lunges.

bike 1:27:00 [3] 26.5 mi (18.3 mph)

felt much better on the bike today, power was up and HR was not drifting as much. I think I maybe able to grab Finn & Mo's wheel this weekend. I don't know if it was the rest that I got this weekend, or the fact that I actually got to see Scooter Strong race or all the Ice Cream I ate at St. George. But I felt much better on the bike. It gave me hope and motivation to train more.
