This was a longer ride for me. It had a bunch of stops as I went to go see Jas compete at a crossfit competition.

still getting stronger but very slowly and also slowly leaning up. now I just need to try and ramp up some bike riding volume.

Felt slightly better, hr still drifting but rescinding much faster. I noticed hr drifts faster at a higher cadence.

Felt a little better today. Legs not too tired from lifting yesterday. Heart rate still drifting but not as fast. I do notice the HR recovers faster.
