felt much better today. rode pretty strong for my current level of fitness. the climbing came a little easier. still have to work on dropping even more weight. got another slight headache and a little bit of upset stomach after eating another power bar. But this time I only ate half of one. and that is what is causing me problems. Not necessarily the powerbar but the fact that I looked at the power bar and it has been expired for over a year! LOL I threw them away.
was going to ride a little longer but decided to just not push it. What a difference having calories on a ride makes for me. I think the next time I go on a long ride I am also going to have some calories before I head out maybe just a bar or something I am still starting my long rides on a empty stomach.
the fitness keeps coming, I am improving week by week!
