been doing more of a tempo ride the day before I lift on Thursday's and I am feeling my legs on the Squats, lunges & leg extensions. I don't feel them as much on the stiff legged deadlifts. strength is slowly improving.
felt good on the bike today. rode more of a tempo ride on the way back. This always happens. I start getting in better shape and start slowly losing weight right as I get ready to go on vacation. LOL
