rode to NC to do some climbing today. Climbed up NC and then up Vista Ridge and headed back down to PCH and did it again, I felt much better the second time. then I climbed Pelican Hill twice as well. all the climbing was in the easiest gear. the climbing felt easier as the day went on. on the last climb I was riding a gear harder and start pushing the watts but I decided to go back to the easiest gear again as I am not going to get my fitness over night. Headed over to Corona Del Mar to visit my mom for some Carne Asada decided to eat and that ended the ride. Once again the Carne Asada was calling. :-)

Felt good on this ride we will see what happens next week.
