legs were tired and sore, but they loosened up at about the 45min mark. I keep on improving on the bike.

500 easy then 500 hard x 3. I don't go all out but I am working on the hard.

legs were sore and tired from yesterday(lifting, rowing) but they loosened up at about the 1/2 way point. headed back to do another out and back. I was feeling pretty good, when all of a sudden I am told to watch it and slow down. there was a crash on the SART it was head on. one guy looked really bad. I had to go to Adams and wait from the Ambulance and then ride back to tell them where it was. One guy was sent to the trauma unit. The other guy looked like he busted some ribs as his chest on his left looked like it was sticking out more than the other side and he said he couldn't move his shoulder either. Both of them were out cold but came back to. I didn't see the accident but arrived just after it happened. One guy said that one rider was not looking and he just pulled out in front of the other rider.

strength is still coming ever so slightly.

Pretty much blew up on the first hard interval. Almost threw up twice on consecutive intervals. Did easy 500m
warm up then on it for 500m did that x3. Need to get better at rowing. At least i was pulling much stronger today.
