just took it easy on the bike just want to slowly increase the duration of my rides. went out with a slight head wind and then came back with a really strong head wind. always happens. legs felt tired from the get go but that is ok. got to get back in shape.

Did some incline walking for about 12 min. Then ran 1 mile at just over 11min/mile pace it felt fine. Will probably increase the distance abut .25 to .5 miles every time I run

legs felt tired for the first half and then felt better at the turn around. towards the end I grabbed the wheel of a small group and got the HR up a bit. making improvements every week.

walking on an incline, then ran for 1/2 at just under sub 12min. will keep it here until I build up to over a mile and then increase the pace. just taking it easy
