legs were a little sore and tired from yesterdays ride. it has been a while since I felt a little soreness after a ride. But for some reason I was able to have a really good ride. felt strong today not Slater Fletecher Strong or even Mo Fletch strong but maybe Finnito strong.

rode better than I expected after staying up late and partying at my friends wedding. started to get tired closer to the 3hr mark an improvement from last week when I was starting to feel my legs at the 2:30hr mark. stopped toward the end and had a power bar and felt much better. I am trying to restrict the calories to about 100 or so per hour and seeing if I can extend the endurance and improve my fat burning ability.

went to the gym and rode the stationary bike. rode it until I ran out of water. I was drenched.

got off the bike and filled up the water bottle and proceeded to do a short run on the treadmill. first time I have run off the bike in almost 2 years. did notice my hamstrings a little tight after about 15 min and the left a little more than the right one. stretched after wards.

feeling a little bit stronger although legs are feeling tired from increased volume on bike.

just trying to get a little more time/distance. my legs really felt tired right at the 3 mile mark. may have to switch up running so that I don't do it right after I just finish lifting but for now it is fine.

felt good on the ride, towards the end I was passed by a small group and deiced to hang on and ride a little longer, about 6 miles of tempo effort and then on the way back I hit it pretty hard and finished strong. feeling better on the bike.
