just an easy bike to spin the legs and see how my right knee/leg felt. it wasn't too bad. But I never put any pressure on the pedals.

was feeling really good on this ride, I had a couple bars before the ride and then had a few more calories than normal on the ride(I have really been restricting them on my rides). felt good going out but at about the 2hr mark my right leg started bothering me right above the knee and then to the right of the knee and then down my shin. Not really the knee but more like the outside quad(and tendon) and the shin muscle(and tendon). had to pretty much spin easier for the rest of the ride and just focused on using my left leg more. I just wanted to get in a longer ride. we will see how it feels tomorrow I plan on riding every day until thursday.

increased the pace just a little bit on the Tread. Legs started to feel a little tired at the 25 to 30min mark. and they felt tired after the run. probably from going heavier on the squats and lunges.

legs were tired from lifting but I was able to bike well. I also noticed that the HR was not drifting as much and I was able to hold a good gear for some time. when I did push it the hr would climb but slowly and it would recover pretty quick. feeling good on the bike! did about a 15min tempo ride on the way back.
