Well Garmin died I didn't charge it the last few days and thought it would make it. Rode the same as last week but did a little detour to go see a little car show. Legs felt better at about the 45 min mark. Right knee started bothering me a little at about the 3hr MarK but nothing like last week. Just feeling it. I hit it on the last 5 miles of the river trail. Had a slight tail wind and on a slight down hill pulled the 11 for about 15 sec, then pulled the 12 for about 45 sec. And settled in and worked hard to keep pulling the 13 for about the last mile.

body and legs were really tired this morning. But legs didn't want to go. Probably from increasing the weight on the squats yesterday and from doing my longest run in years. felt much better after one hour but kept it easy the entire time.

longest run so far. towards the end it started feeling like I was on real long run.. I started feeling my knees and legs. But that could be because I went a little heavier on the squats today. we will see.

rode better than I expected considering I lifted and then ran before I went out to bike. The fitness is coming slowly but surely. I think I will be good to go on a group ride in about 2 weeks.
