I did this same ride two weeks ago. My legs felt a little sore and tired this morning so I was just going to spin. I did it about 1 min slower than two weeks ago. But today my avg HR was lower and the effort was easier. so i am pretty happy with that. Also I have been trying to cut back on the calories during the ride. All in all it is progress. Getting in better shape slowly but surely.
