got a late start but felt pretty good right from the start. decided to do a steady ride today and I actually felt pretty good. the first time I have felt my legs doing some good work on a longer ride.
Well it is official I am still fat & heavy. I thought I was about 170lbs. But the scale doesn't lie. The only good thing is I am stronger in the gym & on the bike and the waist keeps getting smaller. So I have gained a good amount of muscle mass. Still have a long way to go.

was feeling a little better today, felt like I was pushing a good gear without trying. I did do a little bit of upper end steady state the last 10 min or so before I cooled off.
