did my same loop and I cut out about 17min from the last time I did it but the last time was a slower time. so really cut out about 5 min from my normal ride time. the climbs did feel easier and I pulled a harder gear than last time. was just working on the climbs. pretty much big ringed most of the canyon an I big ringed all of Silverado. legs were tired. this was a hard effort. But at least I saw an improvement.

got a slightly later start and then I remembered I had a dentist appointment so I cut the ride a little short. felt good riding, was taking it easy. But I think I naturally like a lower cadence. I have been trying to ride with a higher cadence and it just seems it feels better when I have it a little lower.

well gained about 1/2 lbs. in 2 weeks heading in the wrong direction. But at least the strength was improved in the gym oh well
