Just went to the gym and rode the stationary bike, this time it was a different one with HR and Power, well the power is low and the HR drifts very easily. but at least the bike has a little fan that hits your face. I think I am going to start riding this bike before and after I lift. My legs are still really sore, hard to walk. But the biking doesn't hurt too bad.
