Just went to the gym and rode the stationary bike, this time it was a different one with HR and Power, well the power is low and the HR drifts very easily. but at least the bike has a little fan that hits your face. I think I am going to start riding this bike before and after I lift. My legs are still really sore, hard to walk. But the biking doesn't hurt too bad.

just went to the new gym and rode the stationary bike. My legs are really sore I can barely walk. The stairs are a challenge. But the bike felt good after about 15 to 20 min.

wow, it has been 1 month since lifting. I knew I was going to be off in the strength department but I wasn't as weak as I expected. then I hit the squats and the legs tightened up right away. So I stayed light on the squats. The lunges were worse. But all in all wasn't too bad but just don't have any pushing power on the squats or lunges.
