bike 1:25:00 [3] 26.0 mi (18.4 mph)

just rode at a moderate level, felt pretty good on the bike and the HR didn't drift much at all.

My left knee has been bother me now for a while. I strained it about 1 month ago doing squats. Right when I got back to lifting after being sick for about 1 month. left knee just feels weird, doesn't really hurt though. I guess maybe I am getting to the age in which I describe my knees as good knee and bad knee instead of left or right. LOL

WARM UP
8 AM

weights 1:10:00 [3]

Well I am getting a little stronger, everything is coming along it is just a slow process. I am now able to swing the 80lbs KB pretty good. I was surprised that I got a compliment from a personal trainer at the gym, He said "good job, that is heavy" never expected that. I then told him I knew who Slater and Finnito Fletcher were and then he told me I was a liar and not to get carried away.
