R. Calve was sore this morning, so I guess I should have stopped a little sooner than I did. Pretty much an easier ride. I just decided to ride steady about he last 5 miles and then hard for about the last 2 miles or so with the last mile really hard. felt good and called it a day. Was going to ride longer but decided to just save the energy for our European adventure!
