well haven't lifted in almost 3 weeks, I knew I would be weaker but my legs were shot. I couldn't squat. I even went with less weight and didn't burn the legs up on the bike before like I usually do and my legs just tightened up right away. I had to drop more weight and drop more reps. I was only slightly off on the upper body. I don't know if it is because I lost flexibility with range of motion on the deep squats or because I haven't been riding the bike or both. but the upper body didn't lose much strength at all. maybe it is from sitting at my desk all day during the tax season.
