well it was just going to be an easy ride the HB and back but went riding to my friends house in Newport for their BBQ and ate a bunch so waited a couple hours for the food to settle and headed back.

I wanted to ride a little longer 3:30 to 4Hrs but I started feeling tired at about the 3hr mark so I just headed home. The two little inclines I did felt a little easier so happy about that. the pace is still really slow though.
