Mt, Wilson Climb from La CaƱada Flintridge with Greg, Lendog and a few of their friends. I forgot to turn on the Garmin after a couple stops. So A little bit more Elevation, distance and time. I don't know where that High HR came from, maybe on the downhill when I was trying to stay with the motorcycles.

took the day off. my left knee is still bothering me and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. we will see how it feels tomorrow.
