I rode the exact same ride I did almost 2 years ago. I actually downloaded the ride from Garmin and then uploaded it to Strava to compare my fitness. I rode about the same effort as both of them were hard efforts for me. I beat the previous time by about 8 min. and PR'd all the climbs except dump hill but I was riding with Max on that one and we were talking. He was just warming up as I was finishing. Pretty happy that I keep on improving my fitness and keep dropping the weight. I am improving on a weekly basis it is just very small increases in power and very small drops in weight but at I am heading in the right direction.
