GMR to Crystal Lake and back up East Fork. I think I found out on this ride that I am not taking in enough calories. I took in some good calories at Crystal lake and rode well on the climb up East Fork. I am going to up the calories a little bit but still do my riding fasted.

just a regular ride, my 6th day riding. legs did feel tired but the watts were easy when I had to do short climbs.

5th straight day biking. Legs were sore from lifting and biking. But they felt a little better as the ride went on. To my surprise today I was able to push more watts at a lower HR. Felt really good and the watts didn't feel hard. It was just like a switch went on. I finally feel like I have made some gains in these past 4 months. I also started eating food with a little more Iron as I am not sure I was getting enough Iron while dieting. the only other thing is I switched helmets as well as the other helmet didn't really have vents and I think I was overheating on my rides.

rode after lifting and eating. I was feeling tired, but decided to ride. the ride started off sluggishly. But I felt better after about 40min. not sure if I loosened up or it was the adrenaline from almost getting taken out by a driver on PCH. That was the closest I have been to being in a bad crash. He turned right in front of me. I did see him and hit the breaks and some one angled the bike and I stuck my forearm out because I knew I was hitting the car. I hit his passenger door window and somehow I didn't break it. I held on to his mirror as he saw me last minute and then tried to angle away. I thought for sure I was going through that window.
