legs were really sore from lifting. I can't believe not lifting for 1 1/2 weeks always results in sore legs after squatting. Still congested but not as bad. went out really easy to try and loosen up and warm up. rode back much better. Now I have to start watching what I am eating as I have gained a couple pounds in the last 2 weeks.
