it was a bit chilly in the morning and decided to go ride the Santiago Canyon. Felt ok, even though I am still congested. the HR was elevated from the get go but I pretty much just ignored it and went by feel. Got to the Canyon and proceeded to Big ring everything(except the Live Oak Climb) I went steady on the first climb from Jamboree and felt pretty good so when I hit the top I decided I was going to big ring everything and go hard on the climbs. Pretty much PR'd all the cimbs and had one of my Best rides since coming back. Very Happy it must have been the Scooter Strong Kit I was wearing.
