decided to stay close to the beach as it was going to be hot. Wasn't feeling that great early on so just went flat on PCH. Went up to Warner and flipped it back to Laguna Beach. Legs were just not feeling it and they were feeling a little tired if I decided to push any of the rollers on PCH. Decided to suck it up and Big Ringed Newport Coast and got all sorts of Pr's. I know I can go faster as I caught 2 lights as well. then decided to hit it on SART on the way home and got a bunch of PR's as well. The power is feeling easier. I really like doing this now. I am not riding as long during the week and then I have cut back on the Saturday long ride and I am going harder on the climbs and in certain sections it seems to be paying off. Doing harder more intense workouts is paying dividends right now.
