Galena +3 is 4x20-minute Sweet Spot intervals between 90-94% FTP with 6 minutes of recovery between each.

I thought this ride was going to be tougher than it actually was. My FTP must have increased again. This was the last hard day, on Tuesday I start my recovery week.

Wright Peak -1 is 3x30-minute intervals at 90% FTP with with brief, 1-minute intermediate recoveries during each long interval.

4-minute recoveries fall between intervals.

I really thought this was going to be the hardest ride of the training block and it wasn't too bad. I was worried about holding 90% for 3x30. Well it was a solid workout. I think I can now endure the pain and suffer more but I am also pretty sure my FTP has increased as well(even though I had increased it a couple weeks ago). One more day and then a recovery week. I am peaking!

Pettit is an hour of aerobic Endurance work spent between 60-70% FTP.

Optional form drills include Form Sprints, Endurance Spinning intervals, and quadrant drills like Pistons and Kick & Pull drills.

this ride felt easy today. I needed it as tomorrow is a big day 3x30min at 90%.

Almost done with this training block just two more big days and then a recovery week.

did this same workout on Tuesday and it was probably slightly easier today after yestrday's ride. Tomorrow is an easier day and then I have the big Saturday and Sunday workouts and then my recovery week.

this is the 5th straight week of hard work! Almost done with this block.

Looking Glass is 3x20-minute intervals between 75-90% FTP with 3-minute recoveries between them.

this was more of an aerobic ride with a couple short sweet spot intervals mixed in. I needed this as tomorrow is going to be another tough day.

this is my last hard week of this block!

this one was tough doing 3x20 at a high % of FTP was tough. the 94% for 20min was hard and then the last one was 20min at 92%.

I have to do this same ride again on Thursday. on the Weekend I have 3x30 at 90%FTP
