Brasstown is 90 minutes of aerobic Endurance riding spent between 65-75% FTP.
Optional form drills include Form Sprints, Endurance Spinning, Quadrant Drills & Single-Leg Focus drills.
Like doing the Form Sprints and the Endurance Spinning drills.
Still feeling a little tired/fatigued from the Big load of week 4 and 5 of the High Volume Sweet Spot Build 2. But this is a recovery week and tomorrow is a very easy ride. So hopefully I will be good to go for the FTP test next week.
