Rode from the Back Bay to Pendleton and back with Pro-Eco crew. We kept losing guys but we finished strong. Felt strong on this ride and never really pushed it hard and finished strong with a steady state heading back home. I keep on improving and I keep on losing weight. Did this ride fasted. Only had a few calories in the bottle for sodium, potassium and magnesium with a few carbs. Everything is coming together.

Optional form drills include Form Sprints, Endurance Spinning intervals, and quadrant drills like Pistons and Kick & Pull drills.

Tinker +2 is 4x8-minute intervals at 105% FTP with 5-minute recoveries between intervals.

This workout went a little better, legs felt tired on the warm up and on the first interval but they got better. I probably could've sucked it up and done the entire last interval but then I figured my legs were going to be shot for the weekend and I plan to go about 4hrs on Saturday and another 2+hrs on Sunday. So just did Sweet Spot on the last interval and it felt too easy.

Fitness seems to be back on track and improving now. Also the fasting is helping me lose weight.

Townsend consists simply of 90 minutes of Aerobic Endurance spent between 60-70% FTP

much needed recovery ride. I think I am going to use this as my regular Wednesday ride as I am going to be doing 4x8min intervals on Tuesday and Thursday.

Raymond +6 is 4x8-minute repeats at 108% FTP separated by 5-minute recovery valleys.

this workout was too much, it is my first real VO2 workout in 4 weeks and my FTP is still a little bit below what I have it set on TR.

Also I fasted for 23hr yesterday and then did the ride fasted this morning. trying to keep the fasting up for the next few weeks to lose weight.

I am dropping the weight, so that is a plus. I know once I drop weight I can start eating more and the power will come. trying to increase the power to weight ratio.
