Crystal Lake with the crew: Jerry, Greg W, Greg S, Daniel, Nick, Slate and Carlos. We started off easy from Encanto Park and then moderate until East Fork at some point after East Fork we started going a little harder and that is where I got all the PR's. Pretty happy with this ride as I was working but not going all out at any time. On the way down I decided to big ring all the small climbs as I wasn't going to do East Fork. So did VO2 intervals on all the short climbs. Fitness is improving just have to keep dropping weight.

just rode easy and headed to the beach to avoid the heat. the legs are tired from the two interval days this week. trying to rest up for Crystal Lake tomorrow.

Tinker +2 is 4x8-minute intervals at 105% FTP with 5-minute recoveries between intervals.


these were done at 105% FTP and they did feel easier than Tuesdays. I brought the intensity down as this was going to be my 3rd straight day riding and also I don't want me legs to be shot for Saturday's ride up to Crystal Lake and probably East Fork as well.

brought it down to 106% at the end of the first interval. I was working, but not all out.
