bike 1:17:00 [3] 25.8 mi (20.1 mph) +413ft

endurance ride on SART felt pretty good but kept it in check. Cut the ride a little short because of the detour due to the OC Marathon course.

bike 3:20:00 [3] 58.66 mi (17.6 mph) +4629ft

Newport Coast and Vista Ridge Repeats X 4 all in the Sweet Spot. I am trying to mimic the Trainer Road workout out on the road. Higher TSS Score of course since it is a much longer ride than 2hrs. But the Watts are easier outdoors.

Felt really good and the climbing in the Sweet Spot seemed a little too easy.

bike 1:30:00 [3] 25.83 mi (17.2 mph)

Carillon +2 TR

Carillon +2 consists of 3 sets of 2x10-minute Criss-Cross intervals ranging between 88-90% FTP during the 2-minute valleys & 92-95% FTP during the 30-second surges as each interval weaves back & forth across the Sweet Spot power range.

1 minute of recovery separates the intervals & 5 minutes of recovery separate each set.

Feeling it towards the end.

Tallac TR

Tallac is 3x15-minute efforts spent in the Sweet Spot (88-94% FTP) with 3-minute recoveries between intervals.

Surprisingly I felt better than yesterday.

bike 1:30:00 [3] 25.55 mi (17.0 mph)

Geiger +2 TR

Geiger +2 is 5x12-minute efforts spent in the Sweet Spot, 88-94% FTP, with short, 4-minute recoveries between efforts.

After a week off this was a tough ride for me. I had to stop during the break and go get some electrolytes and some calories. I put a scoop of EFS into my water bottle. We will see how tomorrow goes.
