SART Zone 2 ride. my legs were a little tired but I never pushed the ride.

did Santiago Canyon, then just the Live Oak Climb and then Silverado Canyon. Saw Scooter Strong on the way down so stopped turned around and climbed it back up with him and rode with him for about 40min or so and then headed home. Ran out of Calories and I was feeling it. Didn't really pushed it but worked some Sweet Spot intervals into the ride.

4 x 15min on 2 min rest. this workout was just slightly below Sweet Spot with only a few minutes in Sweet Spot. Legs felt tired from the beginning. They finally came around for the last interval.

It is hard to get the solid 20min in uninterrupted as I have to slow down for bridge crossings and people.
