Ran as a team with Diane. Felt much better and our 3rd Night O was much improved. Still a little rough and EP Sawyer is a known park despite the map being poor. We came in 4th and was not too tired. I had severe leg cramps the following night but most likely dehydrated. Despite the limitations of the Park, it is just amazing out there to see hundreds of Deer come out.

Lost my Talon 212 so bought a new pair of Talon 200. I like these so much better. Took it easy on the Trail run and really just enjoyed the park and the weather.

Hit the trail after long drive back from NC. We only had 30 minutes but got a quite a bit out of that 30 minutes. Felt good and no issues.
