Started my usual routine with Dog Hill Climbs and normally do 4 reps. This time, towards the top of #2 I felt a pop and had severe pain in my right calf. I have never had an injury that did not involve a fall so am pretty disappointed. This might be a tear or strain. Did the rest of the trail run with Diane but very slowly. Not sure if I will be able to make the Flying pig
