pre-programmed 5 mile 1-4%grade 6.5-7.5mph. While watching the trials. Legs want to keep going. Great looking run from Rupp.

Easy run 6.6-7mph 1-2% grade. Back still a little stiff. Had a good session with Adam yesterday and he said to ease back into running nothing over 6 miles for the first 4 or 5 runs. Back is about 90%.

Had an appointment with Adam. Many knots and a few adjustments. Feeling a lot better and can at least sit-up. Have to go back Thursday and should be running by the weekend.

Back almost seems worse today. So stupid to run 800's that first day.
