Get in gear 10k. PR really happy and Achilles held together. Hung on to dave's coat tails after pushing him at about 2.5 miles. Told him he was ready for 34:30 and I wanted 35. Went perfect.

Around post office and back. Still feel a little something in the Achilles, but not bad at all. Might just do today's run as a progression run and make sure I can tear up Get in Gear.

Solo warm-up 20 minutes 2.7 miles on course. Cool-down with Lee 2 miles on course. Achilles a little sore on the cool-down.

Trail running race 28:39 [5] 4.9 mi (5:51 / mi)

Western Waterfront race. 6th place. Super happy with it went out at MP effort return at 10k effort. Wound up being an even split with heart rate 10bpm faster on return against the wind. Passed Swank with a mile to go and kicked it down a little more. He drafted for a quarter mile then puked. Was it me or his lunch? I'll take the credit. Only 3 seconds off last years hard pace.
