Easy. After about 40 mins, a bit of muscle in my back completely ceased up and it felt like I had a golf ball in my back of tight muscle. Couldn't breathe deeply because of it.

Tried to go running training but all the trains got cancelled so did this instead. Just easy around some lit tracks and roads because the sun had nearly set completely. Explored somewhere new anyway which was kinda nice to do. At least I now have a few ideas about where I can go in the way of lit tracks when it's still dark at 3pm.

6x1k (1 min rest) w. IF Linnea on the Årsta bridge. Every 2nd one was into some epic headwind. A lot of people there tonight. Got epicly boxed in for the first 3. Felt like i could have gone harder and wasn't very tired after them and can confirm that I should've gone harder. Quite cold.. Did most in my long sleeved shirt. Quads are a bit sore after yesterday. Legs got quite tired on the last one.
