No standing rest between any of this. Mentally tough.. Was by myself the whole time as I am unfortunately in between fitness levels. One group is a bit slower and one group is quite a lot faster and another group would have been an ok speed but they did 10 mins tempo and 4 hills instead of 12 and 5. Stomach felt quite horrible for a lot of it. Tempo's weren't great today. I couldn't quite stay at the right pace. Good session anyway.
