Wet, windy, muddy, slippery long run. Explored a bit. On small trails for the majority of it.

Parkrun sthlm. Kept on getting phlegm going down to the top of my throat. Chest hurt quite a lot towards the end and afterwards. Windy and cold day. Really nice course, definitely not flat. Can do better than this, felt quite comfortable. Didn't really feel like I was racing, was mostly by myself.

Decided to try running outside. No coughing or feeling like I should cough at all and no phlegm coming from my chest. Am still coughing to get rid of the left overs during the day but I think it is ok.

Am going to have no time at all to train today unless it's at about 9pm, due to work until 5pm then straight onto soup making duty for Järla training. Probably good to have another rest day for this cold anyway. Feeling a lot better every day.
