Qld mountain running champs at camp mountain. Last time I did this was in 2013.. I did 49.58. This year it had another hill in it too. Legs died in the ass going up the main hill. 2nd.

Easy at Bunyaville after school. Hot today... but a fairly dry heat which we don't normally get up here. Was an epic struggle to get kids to play capture the flag, which they normally love, because they just wanted to be in the shade and drink water.
