Am supposed to do another 20 this arvo but above my right knee where I fell over is really quite swollen and sore to walk on so I will give it a rest so that I don't favour my left side and injure something else properly.

Pumicestone road. Basically flat pine forest. Legs were pretty tired. Enjoyable. Fell over and hurt my knee. I seem to have at least 1 swollen, bruised knee after every weekend at the moment. I blame tiredness. Hammy was good though. Better than yesterday again so that was nice.

Every day at school at the moment, generally by 9am, I get told by someone that I look 'tired' or 'cooked' (I am assuming because my eyes are red), although the other day a girl was more inventive and said that I looked how she looks when she 'wakes up in the morning and wants to neck herself'. Only 4 weeks left of full time baby sitting and behaviour management...
Oh Yeh and hammy feels better again today. Saw chiro too. Going to run easy on Saturday at park o and see how it goes
2k today. Actually really enjoyed it. I think my running fitness has transferred into swimming fitness because I haven't been swimming since the start of 2016 (apart from yesterday).. and I normally feel like I'm about to die.. I didn't feel like that today.
Went to get a massage. My whole left side is stuffed. She also cracked my upper back which was amazing. My ankle is swollen again and she said it's all connected.. as expected. Going back again next week because she wants to work on it all (from head to toe) more.
