Easy around Arana Hills. Was planning to just run along the bike path for 30 then turn around, but got bored of that after 15 mins even though it was kinda nice and went up Camelia avenue and ran along the ridge. Nice sunset.

Camp Mtn. 10x1 w. 30 easy jog. HR didn't get as high as it felt. Didn't feel fantastic. Legs felt tired.

Street o. 2 mins or so of this was a run to the start. Harder than I wanted it to be. Had to have a psychological battle with myself to not go with Rachel because it was supposed to be an easy run. Still not a hard run but not easy either but I wasn't pushing at all, just kinda let the pace flow.. although the hills may have contributed to the HR as well...
