10 wup, 8x6 w. 2 easy rest and 16 wdown. No pool running friends today.. which I was happy about. Just had a swimmer who got there after me and decided that he would swim in the middle of the lane so I played dodge his arm for a while. Got a bit nostalgic when I saw Emma Jackson turn up... the days of running regional x country.
