Minippi parkrun. Supposed to be the fastest in Brisbane. Lots of corners, which was annoying as the guy in front of me would slow down on all of them and I'd almost run into him. 30 secs off my pb (last August on a hillier course). Considering my training since then it is literally impossible for me to have lost fitness... Hr not high enough, which makes me think that maybe I was tireder than I thought I was. Psychologically I can't do these TTs. I have always (since the age of 10) gotten incredibly nervous before running races.. this hasn't stopped with age. I think I'd used all my energy in worry before I started running. I need to do one because I want to measure my fitness, not because I have to because I think I will be more relaxed and run to my fitness level. Back to Mitchelton too because I know the course and I like the course, despite the fact that it's hillier. Why did I do this when like no one else did apart from Bridget...
