2.5 mins wasted on 11. The tracks had changed so I couldn't execute my plan and then the cliff wasn't a cliff, I jumped about 10cms down to the creek so it just threw me off. Really need to sort out how to be more confident, I think a lot of my problems are confidence issues. Good training.

Saw a snake. Was scared for the rest. I think I actually saw 2 and nearly stepped on both. Cause Kurt saw one where I thought I saw one earlier. Generally ok. Messed about a bit but considering the fact that the map says "the dunes have not been drawn in detail" I think I did ok. Struggled in the long grass.. snake land.

Easy around the village and the scout camp. Felt alright. Had to take my phone with me and was (not so rudely) interrupted by a phone call.. was lucky it was for Bray Park and not North Lakes. Nice run though and lovely morning.

Stomach felt terrible in the 2nd int so had to go to the toilet after. Felt sluggish and not very good. Hr only for efforts. Time including rest. Very humid for May. Not sure whether I should've actually done this in hind sight. Needing 10 hrs sleep last night (and still couldve slept for another 2 hrs) which is kinda weird and my hr playing up yesterday, then my stomach playing up and my rhr not going down but up despite easy days. Hmm I guess I'll find out whether I've been stupid.

Easy at the dam. Hr playing games with me. Went quite high, thought it might've been cause I felt quite hot, took shirt off, straight back up again, put shirt back on, eventually got it down somehow and it stayed down except for during the strides. Felt a bit funny though in the last 15 mins. Kind of weird but not light headed but kind of out of body.
