459 kcal; at Las Lomas track. Some bleachers, sprints on the field, one gasser and some warm up & cool down. It was a wonderful morning, I did OK.

Nice morning. slept well, quiet gym. Good stretches. I was tight especially lower back from the deadlifts on Friday. I should not do reps with 135lbs yet, but work up to it.

Extremely difficult day. Many pull-ups about 55 pushups, and box jumps for plyo's. I will be sore and tired. This was a tough "hell week" then we have one more then a week off.

I was sort of dragging and just walked on an incline and jogged really easy. More of a cardio than a run.
