knee is still bothering me. running on the beach is relaxing but more difficult in my opinion. but im up for the challenge. its beautiful down here. not looking foward to going back home on sunday. not sure how long i slept for. sister and i were up all night walking on the beach and then watched the last song on lap top until we woke up. not really looking forward to my running tomorrow. im ready for a rest day
