This run was not bad. Could of been better due to the shorts I had on. I bought the glide stuff for my inner thighs. Yeah, that stuff does not work. I was constantly fussing with my shorts. Ate a banana at 5 and the run started at 6:36. It appears I have better time running in the morning.
